The Club works hard to protect and safeguard your personal information and other data that we collect and retain. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you may be able to update, manage, and/or request that we delete your information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms personal information, “personally identifiable information”, and “PII” are used interchangeably and refer to any information that, either alone or in conjunction with other data, can be used identify a particular individual, household, or device, and that is subject to, or otherwise afforded protection under, a law, statute, or regulation governing data privacy or security. How does LCBC collect my personal information?
We collect and process personal information for legitimate business purposes. We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy that increase our rights to use personal information, we have previously collected about you, we will obtain your consent either through an email to your registered email address or by prominent posting on our sites. What does LCBC collect?
Brunswick collects and processes customers’ personal information for legitimate business purposes. The types of personal information we collect and/or share depend on the product and/or service you have with us. This information may include:

· Your income and employment information;
· Your past purchase and transaction history;
· Identifiers, such as real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, financial account number, or other similar identifiers;
· Personal information, such as your age, date of birth, names of children, number of children, age or gender of children, and telephone number.
· Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website;
· Precise geolocation data;
· Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information;
· Professional or employment-related information;
· Education information; and
· Inferences drawn from the above categories of information and reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, or aptitudes.
We do not collect personal information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services when you use our Sites. However, we will treat a “do not track signal” transmitted from your web browser as a request to opt-out of the “sale” of your information to the extent that we are able to associate your browser with any other information about you and to the extent required by law.
Why does LCBC collect my personal information?
In addition to instances in which you have consented to our use or processing of your information, we may use your information in order to:
· Fulfill a request you have made;
· Ensure our Sites are functioning properly;
· Manage everyday business needs, such as administration and improvement of the Sites.
· Analyze the Sites’ performance and functioning;
· Prevent fraud, to enforce the Sites’ Terms of Use, to comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, and to enforce our Brunswick’s agreements;
· Analyze how you use the Sites and to perform other market research;
· Provide and communicate with you about our products and services;
· Provide you with advertisements based on your interests;
· Provide you with information about financial options for the purchase of our products, create internal analytics and reports; and combine with any of the information we collect from or about you and use it in the manner described above.
We retain personal information for legitimate business, legal, or tax purposes only. If any of those purposes no longer apply, we will destroy, de-identify, aggregate, or anonymize the information in accordance with our internal policies and protocols, and as allowed by applicable law.
Who does LCBC share my personal information with?
We do not sell the information you provide us for a profit; however, the information is shared with third parties. We share your personal information internally and externally, including with:
· Internally within Brunswick Corporation and to the departments that have responsibility for processing the data (see listing of Brunswick common brands www.brunswick.com/our-brands);
· Business partners who are bound by data protection agreements or similar privacy protections, such as dealers and distributors; and/or
· Third party processors and similar service providers who are bound by data processing agreements or similar privacy protections.
In addition, we may disclose information about you to third parties under the following circumstances:
· If we are required to do so by law or legal process;
· To law enforcement authorities or other government officials;
· When we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal and/or unethical activity;
· If necessary to protect the vital interests of a person;
· To enforce our Terms of Use;
· To protect our property, services, and legal rights;
· To prevent fraud against Brunswick Corporation, its affiliates, business partners, or authorized dealers;
· To support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions;
· To comply with any and all applicable laws; or
· In connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, or restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our stock and/or assets, or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.
INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
We collect certain information by automated means when you visit our Sites, such as how many users visited our Sites and the pages accessed. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our Sites to our visitors. We collect this information through various means such as “cookies” and “web beacons.” In addition, we may collect IP addresses, as explained below.

Standard Contractual Clauses & Data Processing/Protection Agreements. Where appropriate, LCBC has created and entered into Data Processing or Data Protection Agreements with relevant parties (vendors with whom we share personal information, for example) to ensure the appropriate transfer of your information.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We work hard to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. To that end, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the information you provide when visiting or using the Sites. However, no information system or program can be fully secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to the Sites over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks, and you hereby understand and acknowledge the same and agree that you provide us with any personal information or other data at your own risk.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password to access our Sites, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of those credentials and not revealing them to others. You must contact us immediately if you have reason to believe that your username or password to our Sites has been compromised. You acknowledge and agree that we may contact you via email or other electronic communications in the event we are legally required to notify you of a data security incident or event related to your personal information
You are permitted, and hereby represent and warrant to LCBC, to only provide personal information to LCBC if such personal information is accurate, reliable, and relevant to our relationship with you and only to the extent such disclosure will not violate any applicable data protection law, statute, or regulation or infringe upon any individual’s data privacy rights or privileges. If you provide LCBC with any personal information about a third party, you hereby expressly represent to LCBC that, in addition to the preceding representations and warranties, you have the full right and authority, and consent if necessary, to provide the personal information about the third party to LCBC.
YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR INFORMATION
You may, depending on your jurisdiction of residence or where LCBC conducts business activities, have certain data privacy rights and privileges with respect to the personal information we collect and retain about you, including the right of request access to, or deletion of, such personal information. Before responding to any data privacy request, LCBC will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester and the authenticity of the request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your data privacy request, unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded or we are otherwise permitted to do so by law. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. If preferred, you may authorize a third-party agent to submit a data privacy request on your behalf, although such third-party requests are also subject to identity verification and authentication processes described herein. In general, data privacy rights are not absolute, and LCBC may need to deny, in full or in part, your request.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, LCBC will not disclose any of the following information in response to an access request: your social security number, driver’s license number or other government-issued identification number, financial account number, any health or medical identification number, an account password, or security questions or answers in response to a request to know. You may only submit two of these personal information requests within a 12-month period.
Deletion Request: You have the right to request that we delete some or all of the personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your personal information request and verify your identity through our two-tier verification process, we will delete your personal information to the extent required by law and unless permitted or required by law to retain your personal information. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
· Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you;
· Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities;
· Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
· Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law;
· Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information's deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research's achievement, if you previously provided informed consent;
· Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us;
· Comply with a legal obligation; or
· Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for a profit; however, the information is shared as described in this Privacy Policy. Should you wish to opt-out of this exchange, or not be contacted for marketing purposes, please click here and complete an “Opt-Out Request”. You can also click the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” button on the bottom of each Site’s main page, which will take you to the same webform. Our Sites and services are not directed at children under the age of sixteen (16) and we do not collect or sell personal information concerning such individuals.
If we cannot verify a request to delete, we will treat that request instead as a request to opt-out of the sale of your information.
We endeavor to respond to a personal information request within 45 days of its receipt, and we will confirm receipt of your request to know or to delete within 10 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically. Email Marketing and Your Rights
You have the right to opt-out of receiving email marketing communications from us. You may also unsubscribe from such email marketing by contacting us in accordance with the “How to Contact Us” section listed below. You hereby agree to immediately notify Brunswick, in writing, in the event you no longer own, license, or use an email address to which you subscribed to receive email marketing from us.
RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
LCBC retains all personal information for the duration of the relevant business relationship and the length of any applicable warranty and statutory limitation period pursuant to a contract or under local laws. This retention is performed in accordance with LCBC’S information management policies and schedules, as well as the period required by tax and other applicable laws and regulations; and as long as it is necessary for you to be able to bring a claim against us and for LCBC to be able to defend ourselves against any legal claims. However, we may need to retain personal information for longer periods if it is relevant to an on-going claim or investigation.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES & SOCIAL NETWORK ACCOUNTS
Our Sites may provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. These websites may operate independently from our Sites. Linked websites may have their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit any linked websites. To the extent any linked websites you visit are not part of this website, we are not responsible for their content, any use of the websites, or the privacy practices of any of those websites.
Some of our Sites allow you sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest with the Club.
By using this functionality, you give LCBC permission to access all of the elements of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared and to use it in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy settings in your social network account for information about what data is shared with us and other connected applications and to manage the data that is shared through your account, including information about your activities using our sites.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS
Third parties, including advertisers, will collect information, potentially including personal information, about your activities over time and across different websites when you use the Sites. Those third parties provide the club with data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, and analytical information, and assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements.
Collection of your personal information by third parties is not governed by this Privacy Policy. Please consult the privacy policies of those third parties to determine how they collect and use your personal information.
Many third-party advertisers and some web browsers and mobile devices allow you to opt out of third-party advertising. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Sites are general audience Sites not directed at children under the age of 16. If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete that information.
Online Events and Video Teleconferencing
LCBC hosts and uses video teleconferencing platforms to facilitate training events and other programs. We often use online platforms that are owned and administered by third-party service providers (e.g., Zoom, Cisco, Microsoft).
